- Design your ad in Quark Xpress or Adobe Illustrator and submit on CD-Roms with proofs
- (Text only Ad with no photographs or art images can be emailed as PDF)
- Ad must be within ad size above at 100% size (enlargement or reduction will loose quality)
- All photo images must be b/w at exact size at 300dpi resolutions; photoshop Tiff or EPS files
- Send only hi-res 300dpi art images; Do Not send Fax, or .gif or .jpgs or any 72dpi web images
- Submit all 'original' logos, fonts, and images with all your Quark or Adobe Illustrator ad documents
- PDF files must include hi-res logos and 300dpi images with native font files (no 72 dpi jpg files)
- PDF tips: turn fonts into vector graphics or line art to avoid FONT conflicts (do this in Adobe Illustrator)
- Add a 1-pt. rule or border box around the ad (see "shown with border box" above)
- Always send digital files with "hard copy" proofs with your ads
