Ann Sachs is the President and CEO of Sachs Morgan Studio, which designs theatre buildings for the national performing arts community. Studio projects and clients range from Broadway to Hollywood, from Disney to the Kennedy Center, and just about everything in between. Ann runs the business, and her husband Roger Morgan is the Director of Design.
Ann began her career as an actress, in world premieres of plays by Wendy Wasserstein, Gunter Grass and Jules Feiffer. She starred on Broadway opposite Frank Langella in the Tony Award winning Dracula, and co-authored Mama Drama, a play about motherhood published by Samuel French, performed by professional and amateur groups nationwide. She can still be heard as the voice of Princess Leah in the cult radio series Star Wars.
Her newest venture is Theatrical Intelligence®, the fun part of being smart. The company provides lectures and workshops using theatre techniques, that identify the joy of your imaginative self and impel you into action.

I'm continually inspired and energized by the women and men who make up one of the city's most amazing professional organizations. I'm also in a pretty great position as managing editor of the print newsletter, as I get to "see" what's going on in peoples' lives, their businesses, and share their accomplishments
and sorrows.
