New York City, NAWBO-NYC celebrated its annual Board Installation ceremony on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 and welcomed in its new President, Board of Directors, and Committee Chair Members. Every year the baton gets passed on from the old to the new Board of Directors and awards are presented to outstanding women business owners whose work gave the organization great continuity and stability.
NAWBO-NYC would like to thank our past President, Melanie McEvoy for her hard work and dedication to NAWBO-NYC. We have all benefited from her guidance through out the years and she will be missed. With that note, we would like to welcome in our new president, Tasha Norman Jacobs, we are excited to have her as our new president and look forward to working with her in 2007-2008.
