The NAWBO-NYC Bylaws have been revised to reflect recent chapter changes and to be in compliance with NAWBO National requirements.
In July, the revised bylaws were ratified by our Board of Directors and approved by NAWBO National — and we were the FIRST chapter nationwide to achieve this status.
And now our bylaws need to be approved by our members.
All NAWBO-NYC members in good standing are invited to attend the Bylaws Member Ratification Meeting on Tuesday, September 19, from 5:00 pm — 5:30 pm. The meeting will be held just prior to the Progressive Networking Dinner at the 101 Club.

What’s the biggest problem with general networking events?
It’s easy to meet people, but it’s hard to get to know anyone. Going home with dozens of business cards does not mean you’ve spent a fruitful evening!
We have a better idea — meet and get to know 15 to 20 prospects while enjoying a wonderful three-course meal in a comfortable setting.
This event is designed to help you to meet your fellow NAWBO members and friends in a setting that encourages interaction. During this progressive networking dinner, you'll spend each course with a different group of dynamic people so you’ll have a chance to learn about each others' services, develop relationships, and find support and resources to help you and your business thrive. We will have a facilitator to structure the evening and give us a chance to use a variety of networking tools.

All attendees must be registered 24 hours prior to the time and date of each event. This applies to both online and offline registration. We host our events at various locations and the venue security is often very tight. If your name is not on the door list for security clearance, we cannot guarantee that you will be admitted. Please make sure you register at least the day before each event.
