About the Speaker:

Dawn M. Fotopulos has launched over eighty different businesses and product lines in the financial services, consumer products, real estate development, high technology and non-profit sectors.

In the early nineties, Ms. Fotopulos joined Citibank as Vice President in the Consumer Bank where she ran the Marketing Group for Corporate Card Products, the fastest growing and most profitable product line in the institution at that time. The Consumer Bank’s branch network became the next stop; turning around failing businesses. There she instituted telemarketing and branch-based seminars throughout the Northeast Region of Citi’s Consumer Bank to recapture lost market share.

Ms. Fotopulos has been holding seminars for small business owners for over fifteen years at Citibank and now through Small Business How 2.com, a division of DF Consulting, Inc. DF Consulting, Inc. started in 1988 advising key executives on management and marketing strategy. The firm’s mission is to help small business owners increase profits with existing resources in every economic environment. Every client who has taken the firm’s advice has improved profitability.

Dawn Fotopulos has been a visiting speaker at Columbia Business School, an adjunct professor at the Stern School of Business at New York University, and currently, is a faculty member at The King’s College in New York City. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University (dean's list) and an MBA in Management (with distinction), from New York University.

Member's Comment
My membership has paid off in so many ways. The three Signature Awards Programs I designed helped bring in several new clients. And my involvement with updating the current NAWBO-NYC website has generated a major project and an office space for my company.
