EDITORIAL COMMITTEE
If you’ve received any communications from NAWBO-NYC or visited our website, then you’ve seen the work of the Editorial Committee.

What We Do: We provide writing and editing services to ensure that all marketing materials and communications provide a professional, compelling and consistent image in keeping with the NAWBO-NYC mission and brand.

Projects include the invitations, save the date cards and programs for the three special events (Holiday Event, signature Awards and Board Installation Celebration), as well as advertisements, the NAWBO-NYC brochure and countless other marketing materials.

We also help create marketing materials for other NAWBO-NYC committees as needed, such as Corporate Partnership, Benefits and Membership.

What We Need: We are looking for writers to create stimulating copy about NAWBO-NYC events, members, sponsors and issues of importance to women business owners.

We also are looking for editors and proofreaders to provide an extra set of eyes for projects as needed. You don’t have to be a writer by profession to join our team. So if you enjoy writing and would like to contribute, here’s your chance.

Member's Comment
NAWBO-NYC has been an amazing resource for me. I formed strategic partnerships, launched a business, found sounding boards, broadened my skill set by being on the board, sourced referrals and made friends. It truly has been a joy being part of this organization.
