Member who wish to apply for committee position must fill out the attached form(s). If you are applying for multiple positions, a separate form for each position must be filled out.
You must be a NAWBO-NYC member in good standing and your membership dues must be current and active to apply for any NAWBO-NYC Board or Committee Postions. Please read the instruction on each form and submit required documentations.
