WST WEEKLY CHECK-IN

Weekly Check-in Calls:
Be on time. Weekly meetings are an appointment with your future, with the person you can become. Be on time and expect the same from your Success Team Partner.

Use a clock to structure the meeting to keep to the point. Each person gets a maximum of x-hour divided up as follows:

• 5 minutes report in and tell what you did or didn’t do in the past week and what the results were. Your Success Team Partner will have it all written down from the previous week and will expect a report on each item. If you haven’t done any of the things you said you were going to do, that isn’t the worst thing in the world.
  
• 20 minutes for problems and solutions. Tell any problems you ran into and invite suggestions. If the problem has an emotional ingredient needing more time, you may be facing “Hard Times” [link 6] circumstances.
• 5 minutes of scheduling for the coming week. Update master list of unscheduled actions adding suggestions and lay out next week’s plan of action. (i.e., what you’re going to do on which day).
  
• If either of you thinks the other could use a “booster phone call” [link 7] on a particular day, write that into your schedules also. (Note: don’t always wait for your Success Team Partner to ask for a booster call; ask when they think they may need one and handle hard times [link 6] with awareness and humor)
