The Women’s Success Teams program is a one-on-one team concept. Unlike a teacher-to-pupil mentor relationship, Women’s Success Teams provide NAWBO-NYC member participants with a peer-to-peer support system whose goal is to help each business owner envision, plan, and meet her business needs and goals.

Women’s Success Teams help build business success through a relationship of equals.

Women’s Success Teams are an invaluable way of cultivating an outside peer advisor to help inspire you to reach your business goals.
