If you are looking for qualified full-time or part-time staff, try ERDA, The East River Development Alliance. ERDA is a nonprofit organization in Long Island City, Queens which provides no cost job placement services to both employers and job seekers. The goal is to alleviate the time, costs, and pressures involved in your company’s hiring procedures by providing you with efficient and effective employees that meet your needs at no cost.

Getting started is simple-
• You provide us with your hiring criteria and a job description and we will identify and pre-screen job candidates for you
• Provide us with your availability we can even set up the interview on your behalf
• Should you decide to hire our recommended candidate, we remain available to ensure that the new employee is meeting your needs

We have a diverse portfolio of prospective job candidates ranging from entry level to seasoned individuals. Each candidate will be carefully screened using the criteria you provided us. Every step is taken to ensure ERDA recommends the best candidates for your hiring criteria.
