Does your company have Paid Sick Days?

You may have been hearing about the Paid Sick Day bill getting discussed for New York City. On March 25, the New York City Council will be holding another hearing on this legislation. While a date for a vote has not yet been set, it is important for the business community to get educated on this topic.

As employers, what is our responsibility and is this a legitimate work place regulation? If you don’t have paid sick days in your company, should you?
